STORE POLICIES

Please review our policies carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Nalor Studios, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, Nalor Studios does not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased products. It is against Federal Law to resell hair that has been used, worn, or altered in any way.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us promptly so we may evaluate and resolve the issue.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing prior to shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING POLICY

After processing, orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Nalor Studios ships via USPS.

Nalor Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & TARIFF FEES

International orders may be subject to customs charges, sales tax, import duties, or tariff fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For additional information regarding international import fees, customers should contact their local customs office prior to placing an order.

PRODUCT CARE RESPONSIBILITY

To maintain the quality and longevity of your hair extensions, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoo. For best results, shampoo using warm water and condition using cold water.

Proper maintenance is required to preserve product integrity. Additional care information can be found under the Extensions Maintenance section of our website.
