Co-wash at least 2 to 3 times per week

Detangle in sections with a flat paddle brush or Denman brush

Use a water and conditioner spray mix to refresh curls between washes

For styling, use a light styling cream, brush to define, scrunch curls and allow to air dry or diffuse

At night, protect hair with a scarf using the pineapple method or a bonnet

12”-14”: 2-3 bundles

16”-20”: 3-4 bundles

22”-26”: 4 or more for fullness

Note: If using curly bundles or a closure, you may need fewer bundles.

Yes, all our Raw Hair can be colored or lightened. Please consult a professional to ensure the integrity of Hair is maintained while being processed.

Note: Curls on curly bundles may loosen and not be as tight after coloring/lightening.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please note it is against Federal Law to resell hair that has been used, worn, or altered in any way. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All orders take 2-3 business days to process. All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after that. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays that is out of our control.

International orders may be subject to a custom charge, sales tax or tariff fee. All taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Nalor Studios uses USPS as our shipping provider.

Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS.

Orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via DHL.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Raw Hair can last anywhere from 3-5 years with proper care. We recommend using sulfate free products and air drying as often as possible.
